:-: Tea Room Review: Lovejoy's Tea Room :-:

Life has been: Crazy. Busy. Stressful. Good.

Lots of life changes in the past couple of months have equated to all things teatime falling to the bottom of my priority list. Thankfully, it does not mean I've given up on my somewhat-recently-newfound hobby of enjoying afternoon tea and collecting vintage teacups.

So, let's not waste any more time.

Today's tea room review:

Lovejoy's Tea Room

Lovejoy's has over 1,000 reviews on Yelp. Lately Yelp reviews have been doing me wrong, so I was a little weary when I came to visit, but these reviews were spot on (thank goodness!)

Also, once your child(ren) are past the baby stage, they offer a "wee tea" which is a mini afternoon tea menu for children under 10. I will definitely be back to see if the second experience is as good as the first.

:-: Teatime Tidbit :-:

Lovejoy's Tea Room is across the street from its "Attic" where they sell the tea served in their tea room, vintage teacups, and other tea accessories. If you have afternoon tea in their tea room and then spend $25 or more at the Attic, you get to pick a small gift from a box. There's nothing that would make you go "ooh" when you look in the box, but it's a nice gesture. I selected a cookie cutter.

When's the last time you were able to enjoy afternoon tea?

Let me know in the comments below.

Thanks for stopping by.

See you next teatime,

C
